The coffee is the drink that is obtained from the toasted and ground seeds of the fruits of the coffee plant. It is a highly stimulant drink because of its caffeine content. The coffee beans are the main element of the well-known and stimulating espresso, and the delicious cappuccino. These first seeds are obtained from a shrub called a coffee tree. In the world, there are two large groups of seeds: Arabic and robust. Also, since its discovery, there have been numerous variations adapted to local crops, from countries with their plantations. These specializations have given rise to a wide variety of grains. Many of them are used in the third large group of seeds, mixtures.
