Flores Bajawa

Flores is a province in Indonesia’s East Nusa Tenggara province. Flores has two coffee-producing regions: Bajawa and Manggarai

Flores coffee has now established itself as one of Indonesia’s prima donnas of Arabica coffee. Another benefit of Flores Bajawa coffee is that most of its plantations are organic.

Flores Bajawa coffee has a distinct scent and flavour. Bajawa coffee, in general, has a somewhat yellowish tint and a pretty large bean size.

Body:Â medium, very smooth, clean after taste
