Artichoke is produced in the Egyptian method, in which the colour of the artichoke is white. Artichoke is categorised into 3 sizes:
·       Small: diameter is between 3 - 5cm
·       Medium: diameter is between 5 - 7cm
·       Large: diameter is between 7 - 9cm
400gm, 1kg, 2kg, 2.5kg, bulk 10kg
·       Deep-freeze compartment or freezer at -18c
·       Free from any preservatives or chemical substances
