Small trees, 6-10m high, big straight trunk, straight smooth branches, light green after young turns gray-brown. The leaves are alternate, the leaves are whole, thick, hard and brittle, smooth, shiny, 8-12cm long, 3-4cm wide, lanceolate or oblong, slightly pointed, the upper surface is shiny green than the underside.
