Dried sea cucumber is produced from fresh sea cucumber, after washing, their internal organs are removed, followed by boiling down and drying.

Our dried sea cucumber is from the East Coast and Alaska. There is a very tight window for harvest each year. Dried sea cucumber is known for its Chinese medicinal qualities and it promotes good health. Much of the preparation of sea cucumber goes into cleaning and boiling it, then stewing it in meat broths and extracts to infuse each sea cucumber with flavour.
