5.Character: It is white powder, odorless, slightly hygroscopic, extremely difficult to dissolve in water, almost insoluble in ethanol, completely lost water when heated to 100 degree celsius and gradually lost water at 120 degree celsius.

6.Usage: Calcium fortifier, buffer, coagulant, chelating agent. It can be used for cereals and their products, drinks and milk drinks, soft drinks.

7.Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer, the net weight of each bag is 25kg.
