AVOCADO OIL
Avocado oil is extracted from the fruits of Persia Americana commonly known as avocado by the method of cold pressed.
USES-
Avocados are popular in homemade skin masks and skin treatments and avocado oil is also great in salad dressings. The high fat content makes this oil a bit unstable so store away from heat and light, refrigeration is recommended.
Avocado oil lowers blood pressure.Avocado oil also influenced fatty acid composition in the heart. Diet that includes generous amounts of avocado oil may improve blood pressureAvocado and soybean oils may be useful in the treatment of periodontal disease. In the tissue culture study of human periodontal ligament and bone , avocado and soybean oil reduced inflammation by inhibiting pro-inflammatory cytokine molecules.Avocado oil may be beneficial to acne sufferers in three different ways â nutritionally, as a nightly moisturizer and as a topical treatment to prevent acne and diminish blackheads and enlarged pores.It is often used for clients with dry or mature skins, or people suffering from eczema or psoriasis, and is very useful when treating sun or climate damaged skin that is dehydrated and undernourished as it is said to help with regenerating the skin and softening the tissue.

The crude Avocado oil is green in color as it still contains chloroll and is classified as mono-unsaturated oil. It is rich heavy oil that is deeply penetrating and rich in vitamins A and D, lecithin, potassium as well as vitamin E. Its main constituents are Linoleic, Linolenic, Palmitic, and Oleic
