When the dragon fruit reaches a perfect ripeness with the highest nutrient content and delicious taste, it is processed to create the dried dragon fruit, which retains all of its nutrients and flavor.Â
Dragon fruit has a variety of health benefits. This product contains Vitamin C and B3 to cool off our body. After fresh dragon fruits are harvested, qualified fruits are selected and put into a light washing process to avoid being stamped. Then, they are laid to dry naturally or in drying machines. Next, they are sliced and can be added sugar, salt or not to maintain or increase the brix of products. Finally, slices are put into flue-cured machines which still protect their initial colors. When they satisfy the standards of each product, they are packaged depending on requirements or customers' demands.
