COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

>>> Soaking:Â soak rice in water for 30 mins to 1 hour before cooking. It takes longer time if the temperature of water is lower.>>> Washing:Â wash rice under the water rapidly by hand, and throw away water right after washing. Rinse rice about 1-2 times.>>> Amount of water:Â the amount of water is in accordance with a rice cooker pot or 1.4 time of rice in weight.>>> Cooking:Â the rice is cooked as per as a rice cooker.>>> Steaming:Â after cooking, keep rice cooker for 15 mins without opening the cover for steaming.>>> Softening:Â after steaming, open the cover and mix the rice quickly for exposing excess moistures.>>> Preservation:Â best to eat right after cooking.
