Organically grown on our 30-year-old trees ripe our figs under the bright Turkish sun before we harvest every single one by hand and pre-check their quality. Next, they are double filtered and checked for bacteria and molds under UV light, before and after they are dried. Our dried figs are then packed in completely customizable packaging before we will send them to the location of your desire.
