FlaMas-WM-06700 is characterised by very good freeze/thaw stability and resistance to low temperature storage conditions. It can also be used as a Thickener, Emulsifier, Binder and Stabilizing agent with improved process tolerance. FlaMas-WM06700 is often used in fruit pie fillings, frozen meat pies and gravies, soups and sauces, Ketchup, Custards, Yogurt, Bakery products, Dairy desserts and frozen oriental foods.
