FLAMAS-WM-HV is a Waxy Maize based Acetylated distarch adipate (E-1422). It is Vegan, Gluten-Free and Plant-based. FlaMas-WM-HV is characterised by very good freeze/thawstability and resistance to low temperature storage conditions. It can also be used as a Thickener, Emulsifier, Binder and Stabilizing agent with improved process tolerance. It also has exnt Shear Stability and Water Holding Capacity. FlaMas-WM-HV is often used in sauces, Ketchup, fruit pie fillings, frozen meat pies and gravies, soups, Custards, Yogurt, Bakery products, Dairy desserts and frozen oriental foods. FlaMas-WM-HV is ideal for improving the rheological properties of sauce and ketchup.
