our Coconut Sugar comes from organic certified soil, the basic ingredients of coconut sugar come from selected coconut nectar in Purbalingga, taken at organic soil by competent farmers, then processed first by selected farmers. once harvested the nectar is transferred into kettles. The evaporation process lowers the moisture content of the nectar before it is allowed to set into a solid nectar “brick“, then it will be brought to our factory. then it will be processed at modern factory with organic standards, halal procedures, and HACCP procedures.
