Chickpea/Gram seeds

Chickpea /Gram seed also called as garbanzo. Round and tan colored, chickpeas have a mild nutty flavour and slightly crunchy even after cooking and it comes in variety of colors brown, red, green, black etc. In now a days chickpeas are used in a large variety of recipes. They can be used salad, soups or stews or as a snack. Chickpea to be a good source of protein, fiber, and other minerals required for nutrients. Gram seed is used mainly in making pulses, Flour, etc.
