Aromatic Rice( localy known as Chinigura Rice)

Aromatic rice is a delicious exportable exnt product of Bangladesh. It has attractive flavor which creates hunger. Aromatic rice is very suitable for good health. It is rich with natural chemical compounds which gives it distinctive scent. In any festival for making rich food like Khicuri,firni,polaow,kheer,biriyani,plan rice etc. In Bangladesh there are two varieties of aromatic rice found. Name of one is Chinigura & another is Kalijira. Both are small rice with attractive scent .Before export those rice are properly cleaned and make free from impurity.Â
