Q:What is the normal frozen methods? What is the difference?

A: There are two methods, one is called land frozen(frozen in processing plant), the other is called sea frozen(frozen on board).

These two methods have different effects on the quality of the fish.For example, if in winter season, the difference is not so obvious because the low temperature.But in summer, time is very important, sea frozen fish always better than land frozen, which always displayed by histamine.
