The story of VÃ…RLAKS starts in the North of Norway above the Artic Circle. Here we raise VÃ…RLAKS salmon in a natural way, which means no antibiotics and no additives. We don't use aggressive farming methods to make the fish grow faster: we treat our salmon with care and respect.
We believe fish welfare is the most important thing in salmon farming. A happy fish will eventually result in fantastic quality. The result is a salmon fillet that is 100% tracable, sustainably farmed and above all delicious.Â
