Coli: NIL • Salmonella: Negative • Yeast & mould count: < 1000 Mould colonies/g • Color: Uniformly dried(and characteristic to the product) • Appearance: Clean/free of Extraneous material. • Over dried: Less than 3% • Flavour & Odour: Characteristic to the product Packaging: • Vacuum packed & nitrogen flushed in Aluminum foil d placed in a carton box for bulk package. • Retail packets in tubs or pouches and placed in a corrugated carton • Unit weight: 10 Kgs for bulk and retail packets range from 20g-1kg • 1440 boxes in 20ft and 1850 boxes in 40ft FCL • Cartons dimensions: 341mm*195mm*286mm • Each carton labeled and identified with a Lot code.
