Our cacao beans are hand selected from mature heirloom Criollo trees. The beans are carefully fermented, dried, cleaned and sorted. Criollo cacao beans are used to make the world's finest chocolate products.
Cacao nibs have more antioxidants than any food we have tested yet which includes red wine, green tea, black tea, and blueberries! As a matter of fact, raw unprocessed chocolate can have up to 4 times more antioxidants than green tea! This is just one of the many health benefits of cacao nibs.
