The "Macaron" has medieval origins and derives its names from the Italian dialect word "Maccarone".
In 1533 Catherine de' Medici brought this delicous almond pastry to French people as a gift. It has taken since then different looks, even if the most beloved and renowned remains the circular colourful one.
This is a proposal by an Italian firm, able to export all over the world.
