Palm oil press production process:Palm bunch reception station :

Palm bunch reception is the primary processing of crude palm oil production machine. It makes preparation for raw material processing and treatment.Palm bunch sterilization station :Palm bunch sterilization station utilizes high temperature (145℃, 90-120min) to cook palm bunches. Palm fruit can easily separate from palm bunches and become soft.Palm fruit threshing station :Palm fruit threshing station can vibrate palm fruit from palm bunches efficiently. It makes further preparation for next palm oil production machine. Palm fruit digesting & pressing station: Because of cooking, sterilizing, threshing and mashing made the pulp soft and damage pulp structure, the palm pulp becomes soft and is broken. Then palm fruit is sent to continuous palm oil press machine . After pressing, oil palm fruit is divided into two parts: the mixture of oil, water and solid impurities, and the press cake (fiber and nut).The palm oil press machine adopts the double screw helix continuous discharge and hydraulic, greatly improving production efficiency.

Crude palm oil alarification station: In complete palm oil productin plant, clarification is the process that ensures removal of all impurities from the crude oil. At the end of palm oil clarification, a vacuum dryer is used to evaporate water from the oil. The following is a step to step guide is followed in clarification of palm oil production process to get pure palm oil.

Red palm oil: After the above palm oil production process, we can get crude palm oil, which can be used to cooking directly or be sent to palm oil refinery plant for further processing.
