Ẹchá»cha (also, Achá»cha) is a dish native to the Igbo part of Nigeria consisting mainly of dried Cocoyam, mgbụmgbụ (Pigeon pea), and palm oil.
It is traditionally eaten in the dry season when fresh vegetables are hard to come by.
