The Process takes around 60 days maxiumum. In the rainy and cold seasons,

which is normally the remaining month of the year, this process may extend to three months

Ensuring the aroma of the final product naturally, is intact to give the dishes that special taste.

Normally in tropical or subtropical climate where frosts are mild and infrequent, the lemon tree life cycle is simple.

Two to five years planting the trees bloom with fragrans flowers capable of fertilization.

DRY LEMON

Dry Lemon is the main current agricultural product that has gainer allot of popularity for export from somalia over the last two decades.

It is cherished in the middle East as an important ingrediens in their food preparation. It is also used as a food processing components in some food factories.

Dry lime is churned out by initials sun drying fresh lime.

Once this process is complete, the partally dried lime are packaged in sacks (50kgs net weight).

There are no chemical inputs in the processing stages.

This process is monitored continuously to ensure that the lime is not very dry.
