Edible Oil Mill

In Kumar Oil Mill the oil seeds are properly cleaned and destoned before further processing. These oil seeds are then subjected to sizedisintegration/flaking to achieve superior efficiency of the machine. These disintegrated seeds are thereafter cooked, wherethe oil get properly tempered to expel the oil easily. These cooked seeds are subject to mechanical pressing in theexpeller where the oil comes out with some amount of fines. This oil is then filtered via Vibro Separator and filter press toget clean and clear oil. The control, operation and supervision of the plant can be handled by minimal operating staff.
