We also produce dried snails. We make use of a Dehydrator to dry our snail meat for a longer shelf life. A Dehydrator is a machine that is used to dry food items under room temperature. Our Dehydrator Dried Snails are dried under a temperature of 70 degree Celsius. Using a dehydrator removes all the moisture content while the essential nutrients remain intact.
Grilled Snails has a shelf life of 3 months. It's purely organic with no additives nor preservatives. We use large size snails for production.
Wash and put in your stew or soup that's all. It can also be eaten dried as it is. After drying its packaged in an airtight reseallable nylon pouch.
