IQF Dragon fruit is a product made of fresh dragon fruit. Frozen dragon fruit is a type of food with a delicious taste that can be used to make summer refreshments. It is also a source of nutritional supplements, which can supplement mineral salts and water during daily activities in the body.
Dragon fruit has a variety of health benefits. This product contains Vitamin C and B3 to cool off our body. Furthermore, dragon fruit is rich in Vitamin A which is essential for retina, brightness and vision of the eye. Tiny seeds have fat and protein content. Dragon fruit is able to improve cardiovascular health by increasing good cholesterol. Besides that, iron and protein content prevent anemia and protect the stomach wall, support the immune system, and make skin beautiful. On the other hand, the soluble fiber supports the weight loss process, lowers blood sugar, strengthens the bowel, and prevents colon cancer.
After fresh dragon fruits are harvested, qualified fruits are selected and put into a light washing process to avoid being stamped. Then, they are laid to dry naturally or in drying machines. Next, they are cut into small square chunks with the size of 2cm and can be added sugar, salt or not to maintain or increase the brix of products. Finally, chunks are placed in the Individual Quickly Freezer system holding their initial colors. When they satisfy the standards of each product, they are packaged depending on requirements or customers' demands.
IQF Dragon fruit is exported to South Africa, Russian, Australia, Netherlands, Spain,.. and used for snacks or desserts.
