In this process, the grains are passed through the color sensor of the color sorting machine to remove grains with unacceptable color and some sort of impurities.

The Manual sorting process is used for the quality adjustment to costume orders that are difficult to achieve. We ensure that this sorting is done for every grade of grain.

In this process we ensure that there are no live insects in our products.

Checking for impurities:

In order to remove the small size impurities, all the grades are poured down into a stainless-steel furnace and then pass out by a shaking sieve.
