The cocoa powder shall be stored in accordance with GIP âspecification for
âWarehousing, Handling â Storage â Sampling. Store in a dry, closed place and keep
out of direct sunlight, optimum room temperature 20-30°C, do not store in humid
places, maximum humidity 75%, maximum stack 10 sacks on a pallet.
