We, the Alborz Paradise Export Development Co., hereby state and represent that we confirm with full legal and corporate responsibility under penalty of perjury that we are ready, willing, and able to sell and deliver the following product, as follows:

1. PRODUCT: Frozen Chicken Paws

2. ORIGIN: IRAN

3. QUALITY: (A) Grade

4. QUANTITY: 2 containers as a trial shipment and 50 containers per month after a while: Start from 10 containers for the 1st month and will increase to 5-10 containers each month until 6 months.

5. PLANTS REGISTRATION : Iran-origin poultry products are going to register at the General Administration of Customs of the Peoples Republic of China (GACC), the seller registers both of their factories at & with the profile usernames as follow: (APED1063 & APED1015). And also, the Buyer should follow from GACC and the Seller should follow from Iran Veterinary Organization (IVO) to get the registration and import permission into the China Mainland.

6. DURATION: 12 months with possible rolls and extensions.

7. TERMS OF DELIVERY: CFR (Hong Kong, Haing, Port Klang, Laem-Chabang, Bangkok, and finally China ports after registration and getting import permission.)

8. PRICE: Market price

9. PAYMENT: TT on 30/70 basis

10. INSPECTION: SGS at the Port of Loading (POL)

11. PROCEDURES: According to the contract.

12. Certificates / Manual: HACCP / GMP / FDA / ISO22000 / ISO9001 / HALAL / IR code.

Raw material: Provided from neighborhood slaughterhouses and moved right after slaughtering time and start processing at the same time.

Shocked / Blasted at: -35 to -40 C

Storage at: -20 C

Shelf-life: 12 Months.
