The quality-sorting process of Real Bean Coffee starts from the selection of coffee seeds to ensure stronger, healthier and more productive trees. Besides seeds selection, ideal climate and soil are also important and they have certain influences on the future of the farm. Our coffee trees are cultivated in the fertile and rich red basalt soil of the highlands in Vietnam. The cherries are ready to be harvested only when they are ripe enough, turn bright and have deep red.
By the standards of quality Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA), the products have to undergo Cupping processes including inspection steps on:
Grain color after roasting - grinding - after mixing with water
The smell of coffee is granular - after roasting - after mixing with water
- Taste, aftertaste, acidity, density, balance.
- Sweetness, uniformity of grain, cleanliness.
