Bonnell Spring

Bonnell spring systems are the most traditional type of innerspring used for mattress.

The Bonnell coil has an hour glass shape ( wider at the bottom and the top than the middle )

And is interconnected with a mesh of metal to make the spring system.

Specifications:

• Helical 1.30mm-1.50mm.
• Coils per m : 100-225 unit.
• Bonnell spring end ring : 62mm- 95mm.
• Bonnell spring 1.80mm-2.40mm.
• Bonnell spring turns: 4-7 turns.
• Bonnell spring height 70-21mm.
• Frame : round 0mm.
• Packing : Press packed (with frame, 15-25 unit per pallet pack ).

Or roll packed ( without frame, 5-15 unit per roll ).
