1/How long have you been in business?

We have been in the plastic packaging business since 2007 with plastic bag trading activities. We exported and connected many packaging companies in Vietnam with foreign customers.

In 2016, we cooperated with other 3 Owners to establish Factory No.1 with capacity reaches 1200 tons/month.

In 2020, we expanded our business by establishing Factory No.2 with total production capacity near 3000 tons per month.

2/ Is it easy to and start doing business with HAPLAST JSC?

Very easy! Please call (+84) 966 34 6668,   or use Form to us. Our team available 24/7 will work with you shortly on inquires, samples and orders. Once all order details are agreed on, and the contract is signed, you need to send us a 30% deposit amount or allow us to issue LC at sight, irrevocable to confirm your order. After that, we will start production and regularly update you until the order is shipped.

4/Do you provide samples?

Yes, we provide free samples which are available in stock. The delivery charges are normally borne by us. Depending on your products, it may take 2 days to produce samples without printing and 5 days to produce printed samples

5/ Could you suggest some packing styles for your products?

Yes, of course. We pack our products as customers packing requirements. You can refer some ideas below:

- For outer packing: we can pack in cartons, plastic sacks, pp woven bags, without or with pallets.

- For inner packing: our products can be packed with/ without inner poly bags or OPP bags or printed dispenser boxes.

6/ What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

It depends on each product model. However, we often work on MOQ of 1 ton for non-printed bags and 2 tons for printed bags. A container should be mixed max 4 items for cont20f and 7 items for cont40f. If you want to mix more, you may be charged some extra fee of over-item per container.

7/ What is your lead time?

Our average lead time is 20 days for cont20f and 30 days for cont40f.

8/ Which is the nearest exporting port to you?

Haing port, Vietnam is the nearest port to us.

9/ What kind of payment terms are you using?

We are normally using two kinds of payment methods: Telegrac Transfer (TT) and Letter Credit (LC). For Telegrac Transfer (TT), customers deposit 30% value of the order and pay the rest after 3 days of shipment.
