How to use1. Open the can carefully not to hurt your finger by the edge of the lid2. Pull out and open the wooden box.3. Prepare the roots and water (use approximately 2 litres of water per 100g of KRG roots).4. Put KRG roots in boiling water. Lower fire to keep water temperature at about 85-95°C.5. Decoct for 2-3 hours.Do not keep the water boiling.6. If not drinking immediately, keep the remaining decoction refrigerated. Use as soon as possible.7. Drink 90 to 100ml of the lukewarm mixture one to three times a day. Long-term use of the mixture on a regular basis will increase the efficacy of taking red ginseng.8. For children under 15 years old, reduce the dosage to one-half and for children under 10, reduce the dosage to one-third.
