Hydraulic tubing / hydraulic pipes in 316L stainless steel from top quality China factory

Hydraulic tubing is produced according to ASTM A269 and A213, or equivalent standards, or customers’ requirements.Â

The hydraulic tubing of Younglee is characterized by seamless, stainless steel, fully annealed, hardness below 85 HRB or 190 HV, both inside and outside surface are free of scratches, high strength, good elogation, suitable for bending and flaring, and our hydraulic tubing can work under high pressure.

Materials:

The most popular material of stainless steel hydraulic tubing is AISI 316L. And we also can produce  hydraulic tube in stainless steel grades as 304/304L, 321/321H, 316Ti, 347/347H or corresponding EN/DIN steel grades 1.4301/1.4307, 1.4541/1.4878, 1.4571; duplex stainless steel grades as S31803, S32750, S32760, 2205 or corresponding EN/DIN steel grades 1.4462, 1.4510,; and super duplex stainless steel grades 904, 904L or EN/DIN steel grade 1.4539 and so on.

Size Range:

Younglee produces and supply stainless steel hydraulic tubing in size range of Outside Diameter: 1/8” (3 mm) through 3.00” (76.1mm), Wall thickness 0.5 mm to 10 mm.

Tolerances:

Usually the tolerance of our hydraulic tubing is according to A 269 or EN/ISO 1127 D3/T3, and we also can produce hydraulic tubing in precision tolerances as stainless steel precision tubes. The tolerances could be EN 10305-1, EN/ISO 1127 D4/T4, or according to clients’ requests.

Heat treatment & surface condition:

Stainless steel hydraulic tubing usually is delivered under Annealed and Pickled condition. Polished surface finish condition is available on customers’ request, and we also produce hydraulic tubing in bright annealed condition as bright annealed stainless steel tubes.

Lengths

Usually stainless steel hydraulic tubing is supplied in fixed length 6000mm (length tolerance +/- 5mm) or 5000 mm(-/+5mm), but we can also produce the hydraulic tubing in any lengths according to customers’ requests, the max length could reach up to 20 m.
