Range of dimension is from 8 mm to 120 mm Outside Diameter(OD) with different combination of wall thickness according to Client requirements. Tubes shall be ordered:– Outside Diameter x Wall Thickness– Outside Diameter x Internal Diameter

Tolerances are set accordingly to standards or upon Client needs by agreement.

Lengths can be random, fixed, semi-fixed or multiple according to Client needs.● Production 1-7.5 meters● Fixed ±500 mm● Precise – tolerance -0 + x mm (x= by agreement)– Max length 12 meters– Conversion: 1 m=3.2808 ft; 1 ft=0.3048 m

Straightness better or equal to 15‰ is guaranteed.

End finish: Plain end, chamfering end, bevel end, thread, coupling, plastic cap

Pipe coating: black, clear oil, painting, galvanizing

Main steel material grade categories are:Low Carbon Steel and Alloy Steel– 1010 through 1060, Q195, Q235B, Q345B, 10#, 20#, 35#, 45#, 30CrMo, A106(B, C), A192, A53(A, B), ST35, ST35.8, ST52etc.

Delivery condition and heat treatment:BK(+C) Cold finished/hard (cold finished as drawn). No heat treatment after the last cold of forming process.BKW(+LC) Cold finished / soft (lightly cold worked). After the last heat treatment there is a light finishing pass (cold drawing).BKS(+SR) Cold finished/stress relieve annealed. After the final cold forming process, the tubes are stress relieved annealed.GBK(+A) Annealed. After the final cold forming process, the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosre.NBK(+N) Normalized. After the final cold forming process, the tubes are annealed above the upper transformation point in a controlled atmosre.Additional requirements – Value of C-equivalent:Ceq= C + Mn/6 + (Cr+Mo+V) /5+(Ni+Cu) /15
