Purity after refinery should be 999, 1000 99, and 24 carats procedure: 1- The seller issues an Authority letter in our name and sends it to us along with his company certificate and gold analysis. 2- The seller sends the index to our name with the current date. 3- The buyer prepares a visa and hotel in Oman or UAE for the seller or the seller's representative who has the ability to handle financial affairs. 4- seller should travel to Oman or UAE. Buyer and seller sign the contract face to face. We will also be present in the meeting as the seller’s mandate. The terms of the contract are as follows: The buyer deposits an amount equal to 100% of the value of the cargo in the name of the seller in the Oman or UAE refinery. The seller charges a penalty of 2% of the total value of the cargo for the buyer. The seller has 4 days after signing the contract to deliver the agreed volume to the destination country. After the purity is confirmed by the refinery, 100% of the cargo value is transferred from the refinery's account to the seller's account. And if the seller fails to deliver the product to the destination country within 4 days, two percent of the penalty will be charged to the buyer's account. After confirming the procedure and issuing an Authority letter, the buyer can issue an LOI to the seller's name
