Quality, size, price, documents and schedules: 1. I am looking for gem quality natural rough diamonds only. I buy mixed parcels, both in color, clarity and size. The sizes have to be between 3 ct.- 40 ct. clarity: VS and above, color: H and above. 2. The diamonds have to be 100% natural rough, not KM H CVD or DLC treated. 3. An example of a mixed parcel: A few stones 3-10 ct., a few stones 10-20 ct., a few stones 20-30 ct., a few stones 30-40 ct. 4. 95%-100% of the parcel could be regular white stones and it will be good if I can get a few red, pink, blue and green colors insixed parcel. 5. We are looking for competitive pricing. 6. The company is willing to work only with sellers that are capable to supply on a regular basis, every month or every two weeks 7. We are willing to start a relationship only with a seller that can provast 1,000 ct. every shipment, within the time schedules mentioned above. We are interested to work according to the following procedures: A) Delivery By passenger. For this procedure the company is willing to send a round ticket to Israel and to cover the agent's board and lodging expenses. The price of every parcel will be agreed before arriving to Israel. This procedure fits sellers from West or East Africa that can issue a parcel with Brinks or Malca Amit. B) COD for inspection. For this procedure the company is willing to pay the full shipment expenses from the carrier's location, Brinks or Malca Amit. The price of every parcel will be agreed before it will be shipped to Israel . The three COD for inspection procedures that are possible for us to follow are: 1. The buyer will pay shipping expenses with his Brinks account and it will pass inspection by the government if the merchandise arriving fits to the agreed manifest the money will be delivered during 24 hours by law. 2. The buyer will pay shipping expenses with his Brinks account and it will pass a process of inspection by the bank insiamond center. If the merchandise fits to the agreed manifest the money will be delivered during 48 hours by law. 3. The buyer will pay shipping by his Brinks account and it will pass a process of inspection by Brinks ins offices. In this situation the buyer will sponsor for the seller's representative a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for 10 days to finalize the deal in Israel. In all the three procedures if the merchandise will not fit the manifest the buyer will pay the shipping expenses back to the seller. Furthermore, according to our policy we do not agree to give a L C or BG (or any other MTN procedure) that requires blocking funds for first time sellers. I''ll carefully explain why. Please ask your banker to show you the international banking procedures book. You will be informed that the two procedures will give you the power that the minute you will notify my bank that you have sent the merchandise, they will have to release you the funds immediately without a possibility to inspect or verify the merchandise you have sent. For instance, If we agree on a deal involving 600ct. of gem quality diamonds, you can send 600ct. of industrial- low quality diamonds and you will get the full payment for it, simply Irreversible.
