Dear Kyle, We need one winder of following specification and design features, 1) The winder will have hoisting capacity of about 500 tons of from surface up to a depth of 200 Meters 10 hour hoisting duty per day, with the cage having facility to hoist tubs filled with ore or waste rock. 2) 1200 tons of ore hoisting capacity with skip system of hoisting in 10 hour per day hoisting duty up to depth of 800 meters, at later stage of mines. 3) The double drum winder will be fitted with clutching and de clutching system as the ore hoisting depth will vary differently throughout the life of the mine. 4) The winder rope will be fitted with single cage and counter weight, designed to utilize maximum space available in the shaft of 5.5 diameters to fit one big cage or skip, to lower or hoist bigger machines and materials without dimensional constraints. 5) The Bradle (steel frame on the gu where cage or skip is suspended) of the winder will facilitate changeover of cage to skip and vice versa for hoisting of ore and men separately. 6) The head gear of the winder will be designed in such way to facilitate initially for tub hoisting and afterwards for skip hoisting & discharging of ore in to bunker. 7) The winder shall be energy efficient for per ton of weight handled. 8) Single cage skip with counter weight. The shaft will be equipped with rails and I sections for the movement cage or skips, while deepening the shaft, a pockets will be made during concreting, location of which will be based on winder selection and deepening of shaft is likely to start in a months' time, therefore we would be finalizing the order shortly.
