Dear sir or madam, Our factory requires 5,000 metric tons of scrap lead acid batteries to be recycled into pure lead ingot. Considering the below terms and conditions, you are requested to kindly advise your best offers by return. A) The exporting company must provide the original Basel Certificate (Notification document for transboundary movements shipments of waste) from the environmental authorities of the country of origin. (Sample Basel Certificate Attached) B) The exporting company should be able to make partial shipments of at least 500 tons per month. C) The batteries must not contain acid or small batteries for motorcycles or small vehicles. D) The price terms would be CIF Bandar Abbas port in Iran or FCA for overland shipments. E) Packing will be lump or Pallet with shrink wrapping. Considering the above, you are requested to issue your official per forma invoice and send it by return.
