If documents and data are accepted and passed by the Buyer, the Buyer arrange staff to go to the Seller's factory for inspection. The inspection contents include but are not limited to the company's qualification, performance ability, past transaction records, factory production site, warehouse site, shippingport wharf site, etc. After passing the factory inspection, within 14 working days (or banking days), the Buyer shall issue an irrevocable draft DLC MT700, transferable or non transferable, in an amount equal to the monthly invoice amount, as payment security. The formal L C will be opened within 7 working days (or banking days) after the draft is confirmed to be correct.
