dear sir, we are started new operations of making FRP SHEETS in India. we have requirement of orhtotic unsaturated polyster resin. quantity-50,000 kg month. technical specifications Product Name:-Unsaturated Ployster Resin Appearance:- Water Blue Viscousity at 30 C :- Approx. 166 CPS Specific Gravity:- 1.13 Acid valve:-25 KOH Volatile Contaxt-29% Gel Time:- Approx. 5 minute Peak Exotherm-170 C Porduct specification(including shelf life) Resin will be used for making FRP SHEETS which will be used for Roofing. Mode of application:-By automatic machine.Fibre glass is applied directly from roll over resin layer.Resin is spread over polyster film. We will use curing additive as per reommendation of resin manufacturer.Please note that curing will be done at Temaperature of about 70C.
