My buyer terms as below S M Saxena India +9 na FOB TERMS & TRANSACTION PROCEDURES 1. Seller Official Mandate issues SCO, and buyer issues ICPO in accordance to Seller working procedure. 2. Seller Issue CI to Buyer, Buyer countersigns the CI and return to seller with their signed TSA (Tank Storage Agreement) with Sellerâ??s name stipulated in it as the official supplier; for Seller approval and NCNDA IMFPA is also signed by all Parties. 3. Seller provide to buyer full tank information to the tank farm. In order to conduct the dip test in seller tank, buyer must obtain ATV ATI or NOR from their tank farm for seller to verify before they can conduct dip test in seller tank proving that they have available tank to receive the fuel. NOR on Buyer Tank company letter head is acceptable. 4. Seller issue Unconditional DTA Letter to buyer to conducts dip Test in seller tank. 5 Upon successful dip test, seller releases POP documents to the buyer for verifications and buyer make payment by MT103 or TT for the total product available and immediately Inject the product into their leased ex shore tank.
