(& Chat) Description: Centre has to provide customer support by chat for USA based leading Health Insurance Company. Centre has to provide knowledge support to customers regarding their Health Insurance policies, how to claim, how to get cashless benefits, about documents, about complaints or any queries. Centre has to assist and help the customers to buy or renew the Insurance products from website. Pay-out: 15 USD per hour per system seat agent. Seats: 20 to 50 seats in one slot. Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00 Pm EST (US Shift) Working days: Monday to Friday (5 DAYS WORKING) Payment Cycle & Mode: Weekly Bank billing: 1 month advance payment before going live. Training: Will be for 7 days and 5 hours a day via eam. Contract: Minimum of 24 months and can be extended with mutual consent from both the parties. Sign up: With end client based in USA. Sign up can be done Onentre can visit to client place. Client is ready to pay technical cost, software licence cost and server cost to right centre. Sign up Procedure: 1. MOU Signup: Consulting charges need to pay (one time) 2. Need Company Profile in PPT Format. 3. Profile Submission to client. 4. Centre Profile will be screened and meeting will be scheduled within 7 to 10 working days after submission of profile. 5. Centre Visiting and Centre Auditing, 6. Centre Finalizing from Client after validating by client. 7. SLA will be done. 8. 50% advance Billing will be release. 9. Client will start training and Client will install their Chat applications and platform into dedicated server. 10. Client will release Pending 50% to the Centre bank account and Centre goes live.
