MATERIAL: Hot Rolled Coils for the production of spirally welded pipes in accordance with API-5LPLS2 QUALITY: Hot Rolled steel coil to be rolled in accordance with API-5L(latest addition). Fully killed steel, not oiled, not pickled and with mill edge. SPECIFICATIONS: -Steel making by L.D process or Electric Arc furnace process. -Continues casting process. -Coil to be made from a single slap, should not be re-winded or slitted and should be thermo-mechanically controlled during rolling. -Cast analysis according to API-5L. -All tolerances should be according to DIN 1016(latest addition). Coils should be free from lamination higher than 1cm2, however plate must be free from lamination higher than 10mm (in length) within 50mm from the edge of coil greater than 100mm in length and 15mm width. INSPECTION & CERTIFICATES The supplier should be submitted the following A- Supply Mill Certificate indicating each coil no, heat no, coil weight, chemical and sical properties and finishing or cooling temperature. B- Supply test certificates for each heat for tensile, bend and charpy test at (zero deg.). C- Third party inspection for all requirements (well-known party). D- To send a delegation of 4 persons from our company to attend the production process in the same plant producing the supplied coils for a period of 1-week minimum.
