HI, "GREETINGS" We Saint Gobain India at Erode, Tamil nadu is manufacturing refractory products and 100% Export unit and our 1st unit at Palakkad, Kerala is supplying both domestic and export orders. Currently we are using GLM-50 Grate plates from Grate India, but they have orders for a year and could not meet our delivery schedule. Application: To make Mould(plates will be processed i. e, cutting, grinding, planing, dipping, coating, oven etc before assembly) for furnace. RM will be melted @ 2, 200 Deg. C and pour into this Grate plate mould. Then the plates will be removed within 5 min. Thickness 50mm - 17Ton Month Thickness 40mm - 3 Ton Month For both, Length & wable. (Give Quote for your standard sizes) Requirement will be increasing every month. Density - 1.7 to 1.75 Porosity-
