More specifically in automatic detection and quality inspection in the packaging industry.We do not have any previous experience in specifically conveyor sorting but I believe it is relative.At the moment we have to make an offer for a project.This is for a new small distribution center with the following specifications: 12 sorting destinations (how many sorting stations are necessary?) Sorting Rate up to 3.000 hour Package dimensions: The sorting capabilities should be for:Smallest: an A4 Envelope (210mm x 290mm x 10mm, 50gr) Biggest: a Box weight maximum box dimensions: 50cm x 50cm x 50cm, ~ 13 kg.Please send us a description of the system you can offer.I need a price break down to the smallest possible so I can make a scalable offer to the customer.It is possible he will start with a smaller system and add some more sorting stations as soon as the business will grow.The system should include 1 station for QR and 1D-Barcode Optical Reading Control Communications Safety ButtonsWe are going to integrate the customers software with the system.
