We are a manufacturing company in Iran. For our new products we need ceramic ferrite blocks at economical price. The dimensions of the blocks are attached. The tolerance for dimensions are according to ISO 2768-M and should be fine. The characteristics of the ferrite blocks material are same as that used for transformers, i. e. The ferrite blocks shall not be permanent magnet but will magnetize and demagnetize alternately at frequency ranges of 10 kHz to 20 kHz. The direction of magnetization must be along the longest dimension of the blocks. The picture in the attachment shows how we intend to install the ferrite blocks around pipes. So, the blocks should be strong enough and shall not chip or crack easily during installation. Finally, the quantity for our first purchase for 110 mm blocks would be 3000 PCS and for 125 mm blocks 2000 PCS.
