Our main products are ductile cast iron and gray cast iron, and we have just started off manufacturing products by using lost foam casting technology. However, in addition to the roughness of casting surface and surface of foamed patterns, we have problems that needs to be solved. In order to overcome those problems, we have come to reconsuse of raw materials including expandable beads, such as PMMA, EPS, and STMMA, and refractory slurry along with the research and examination to find more suitable raw materials.
