We are now looking to buy fuel oil 180cst straight run, not cracked blended from Petronas as follows: 1) Quantity: can be 50K- 150k MT each shipment. 2) After one two spot deals, a term contract covering 1-3 years is possible. 3) Mode of payment can only be one of the following: (1) 2% PB before we transfer L C from Bank of China to you(we will be the first beneficiary and you your refinery will be the second beneficiary). (2) transferred L C (wel will be the first beneficiary and you your refinery will be the second beneficiary, NO PB is required but L C expenses at seller's s P(document against payment) via Bank of China SGS certificates on quality and quantity at loading port can be the base for initial settlement.
