Pl also mentions the external & internal dimensions of each container for above size of components with mould dimensions, so that we can evaluate the molding machine requirement for the production of same. If you can provide the weight of each component, helps us to calculate the production cost of the same. Material for mould must be good quality. Mould must work automatically; all parts must be interchange with respect to their position. All moving parts should be hardened up to require value.Pl also specified the molding capacity required for the same.
